Emily Must
Emily Must has been our club advisor, professor, and role model ever since she joined UMass in 2016. After working in the sports and event management industry, Emily earned her PhD in Sport Administration. Throughout her career she's relocated from Miami, to Colorado, to UMass, where her specialty lies in helping students find their roles within the sports industry.

Hi, my name is Ben Meringoff from Woodmere, NY. I am a Junior double majoring in Marketing and Sport Management. I am a Property Assistant for Learfield helping out at basketball, football, and hockey games, as well as a Career Peer in the Chase Career Center. My favorite sports teams are the New York Yankees and New York Knicks.

I'm Ryan Blum and I am a sophomore Marketing and Sport Management double major from Baltimore, Maryland. In the past, I've served as the fundraising chair for MSL and was a marketing team member for the 2024 PVTO. Outside of MSL I'm a Marketing and Fan Experience intern for UMass Athletics. My favorite sports team is the Baltimore Ravens!

Hi I’m James McCormick. I am a sophomore Sport Management major from Huntington, NY. After serving on the General Executive Board last year, I am now the Club Relations Chair for the MSL Executive Board. I have also worked as the Co-Director of Communications and Broadcasting for the PVTO. I also restarted and am now directing the MSL Podcast. My favorite sport team is the New York Knicks. In my free time I like playing Bass Guitar.

My name is Eric Grady and I am currently a junior sport management and communication double major. I have been involved within MSL since I came to UMass as a Freshman in 2020. This year I will be planning the Pioneer Valley Tip-Off. I am really looking forward to working with all of you to put on an amazing event!

Hi, I'm Elizabeth Lombardo, I am from Plymouth, Massachusetts, and I am a sports management and sports journalism double major. I am currently the Alumni Relations Chair in McCormack Student Leaders, but I am also part of Women in Sport Management (WISM), a peer advisor for the Journalism Department, and I also work for Massachusetts Athletics on their Creative Content Team, specializing in social media strategies. I am currently focusing on building the UMass Hockey social media presence and account. My favorite sport is hockey, and my favorite teams are the Boston Bruins, Colorado Avalanche, Seattle Kraken, and the New Jersey Devils. I am also an avid Boston sports fan, so any Boston team, I'll cheer for.

I am from Shrewsbury, MA so naturally I am a fan of all the Boston sports teams. This year I am the Executive Director of the MSL Sales Summit.

My name is Colin Roberts I am a sophomore Marketing and Sport Management double major from Medway MA. I am the co-director of Service Through Sport. My main sport growing up was golf, which I played in high school. My favorite player is Keegan Bradley. I am also a Boston sports fan all the way! I’m excited to facilitate Service Through Sport, and offer fulfilling volunteer experiences to students.
