Emily Must has been our club advisor, professor, and role model ever since she joined UMass in 2016. After working in the sports and event management industry, Emily earned her PhD in Sport Administration. Throughout her career she's relocated from Miami, to Colorado, to UMass, where her specialty lies in helping students find their roles within the sports industry.

I am a junior Sports Management Major from Pembroke, Massachusetts. Since I joined MSL my freshman year, I have served on the General Executive Board, as the Executive Director of our Sales Summit, and as the Game Day Ops Director as well as the Basketball Ops Director for the PVTO. Outside of MSL, I have interned for Teamwork Online and worked as a Student Manager for the UMass Women’s Basketball team. My favorite Sports team will always be the Boston Celtics. I’m looking forward to an amazing year of MSL!

Hi, my name is Ben Meringoff, a sophomore Marketing and Sport Management double major from Woodmere, NY. I am currently the Marketing Chair for MSL and was previously the Wellness Chair. This past semester I was a peer mentor for the Introduction to Sport Management Class. My favorite sport team is the New York Yankees.

My name is Eric Grady and I am currently a junior sport management and communication double major. I have been involved within MSL since I came to UMass as a Freshman in 2020. This year I will be planning the Pioneer Valley Tip-Off. I am really looking forward to working with all of you to put on an amazing event!

Hi! I'm a junior Marketing and Sport major from South Lyon, Michigan. In MSL I've served as the Social Media Chair as well as a PVTO Marketing Team Member (’22) and Co-Director (’23). Outside of MSL I'm a Lead Intern for the Marketing and Fan Experience Department of UMass Athletics and am a Property Assistant for UMass Sport Properties (Learfield). I love golf and tend to root for Keegan Bradley and Joel Dahmen, or any American!

I am a Junior Accounting and Sport Management double major from Danvers, MA. I am the Treasurer chair for MSL and currently serve as the finance director for the PVTO. I also work gameday operations for Umass Athletics. My favorite team is the Boston Bruins.

Hi! My name is Parker Maddox. I’m a freshman sport management major and general member of the MSL Executive Board. I’m originally from Maryland, just outside of DC. I love sports, particularly minor league sports. In terms of pro sports, I only really follow the NFL and NHL, but when it comes to the minor leagues, I love watching all tiers of the MiLB, the AHL, ECHL, and the NBA G-League. I am a junior from White Plains, New York. I am currently a Sport Management Major with a Business Analytics Certificate. Last year I was the Community Service Chair and I worked for the Bay State Games last summer. I am a Mets, Jets, and Rangers fan, and Baseball is my favorite sport!

I am sophmore Sport Management and OIM double major from Hanson, MA. I am the Communications Chair for MSL as well as an Outreach/Marketing Liason for this years Sales Summit. I also work for the Operations Team on campus at the Mullins Center. My favorite sport team right now is the UMass Hockey team.
My name is Brian Venneri and I am a junior Sport Management major from North Bellmore, NY. I am the Co-Intramural Chair for MSL and I was also a member of the Philanthropy team for this year’s PVTO. I also just started an internship with Amherst Youth Baseball helping with sponsorship and planning the league’s Opening Day event. My favorite sport team is the Jets.
